Town at Trilith
Rochester | DCCM
The new European-inspired Town at Trilith (formerly known as Pinewood Forest) in the City of Fayetteville, Georgia, is just 15 miles (20 minutes) southwest of the world’s busiest airport. The Town at Trilith is a development of 235 acres of walkable live-work-play neighborhoods and commercial/office town center within walking distance of one of the fastest-growing film and television studios in the world!
The Town at Trilith is an award-winning, rapidly growing new urbanist town and home to many of the film industry creatives who work at the adjacent Trilith Studios. Awards include the 2021 Community of the Year Award – Mixed Use Category by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and the 2020 Community of the Year Award – Master Plan Community – Pinewood Forest. Designed and executed as a place for creatives, artists, storytellers, and makers to thrive, the community is planned to include 750 single-family homes, 650 multi-family lofts, 300 hotel rooms, and 270,000 square feet of best-in-class restaurants, retail, and office and commercial space by 2032.
The residential neighborhoods at Trilith comprise one of the largest geothermal communities in the United States, with 51% of the development dedicated to green space that is currently home to more than 1,000 trees. Upon completion, residents will have access to 15 miles of nature trails, 54 acres of forest, 19 superbly landscaped parks, and one of the most sophisticated and engaging dog parks in the world.
Rochester has had continuous involvement with the Town at Trilith since 2013 as an integral part of the development team with responsibilities for surveying, zoning entitlements, civil engineering design, permitting, construction layout, and platting of final lots. The project is supported by Rochester team members in their Fayetteville and Gainesville offices.
